I've always enjoyed stopping to savor the never-ending beauty of the so-called mundane objects and scenes of life, often called 'the simple things' just in the visual sense and through the lens of my camera. I acknowledge these objects, scenes, etc (and they me) once I stop trying to see them and just "be" with them, in the moment.

The photographer Minor White said it best: "When you approach something to photograph it, first be still with yourself until the object of your attention affirms your presence. Then don't leave until you have captured its essence."

Minor White's statement summarizes what has always been a powerful motivation and constantly alluring attraction/passion; and at the core of my never ending quest to capture what I see and share it with you—the simplicity of every day things of my life at that moment.

Thanks for stopping by, and enjoy!
